Our dedicated agricultural arm leads pioneering farming initiatives that promote sustainable practices and significantly boost productivity for farmers. These activities are conducted on a model farm operated by Research World Limited, which serves as a hands-on training ground for farmers. Key activities include:

• Growing Fruits and Vegetables: We cultivate high-yield, nutritious fruits and vegetables and support farmers in adopting advanced agricultural techniques. This includes recommending the best seeds, training on pest management, and optimizing growth conditions to maximize output and quality.
• Livestock Farming (dairy, beef, goats, pigs, poultry): By employing strategies such as selective breeding, improved feeding practices, and veterinary support, we enhance livestock productivity. Our programs focus on animal health, nutrition, and breeding to ensure high-quality meat and dairy products.
• Food Storage and Preservation: We are constructing a cooling structure using charcoal to maintain low temperatures for fruits and vegetables and will train farmers on the construction process and its maintenance. Additionally, we are building a rodent-proof, moisture-resistant cereal store that select farmers can access to store their produce at a fee. This facility aims to help very needy small farmers securely store their produce while waiting for favorable market prices. These projects are designed to reduce post-harvest losses and maintain the quality of produce.
• Providing Farmer Training on Adaptation Techniques: Our comprehensive training programs encourage farmers to diversify with alternative crops and animals, adapting to changing climatic conditions. This training ensures farmers remain resilient and productive under varying environmental stresses.
• Implementing Drip Irrigation Systems: We train farmers on the installation and maintenance of drip irrigation systems. This ensures efficient water use, reduces wastage, and enhances crop yields, particularly during water-scarce seasons.
• Promoting the Use of Organic Fertilizers: We teach farmers how to produce and use compost effectively, ensuring rapid decomposition. This practice improves soil health, reduces dependency on chemical fertilizers, and promotes sustainable farming practices.
• Developing Bioenergy Solutions: We support the production of biogas from farm manure. This initiative helps manage waste and reduces reliance on conventional energy sources, contributing to environmental conservation.
• Strengthening Capacity Building Efforts: Our capacity-building program includes hands-on training sessions on the model farm. In addition to training on the activities listed above, we also provide advanced farming techniques, financial literacy programs for better farm management, and collaborative projects with agricultural research institutions to keep farmers updated on the latest advancements in agriculture.
